1. Scope
This policy outlines the shipping terms applicable to orders placed on MURMURIUM.COM, operated by SCEA Vignobles Pichon – Domaine MUR•MUR•IUM, 1816 Route de Flassan, 84570 Mormoiron, France.

Our shipments cover mainland France, the European Union, and certain non-EU countries in accordance with current alcohol export regulations.


2. Order Preparation
Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Each bottle is carefully packed in certified wine shipping packaging to ensure safety and integrity.

During peak periods (holidays, harvest, promotions), preparation times may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Deliveries are made via specialized carriers (Chronopost, UPS, Colissimo, or others depending on destination).

📦 Indicative Delivery Times:

  • Mainland France: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • International / Export: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the country, customs, or weather conditions. Domaine MUR•MUR•IUM cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total weight of the package

  • Delivery address

  • Selected carrier

Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount or during promotional events (as indicated on the site).


5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent.
Tracking can be checked directly on the carrier’s website.

If the recipient is absent, the carrier will leave a delivery notice or propose a re-delivery.


6. Receiving & Checking the Package
Upon receipt:

  • Check the condition of the package before signing

  • In case of breakage or missing items, make precise, dated notes on the carrier’s delivery slip

  • Keep the package and its contents

  • Notify us within 48 hours at contact@domainemurmurium.com with photos

Without written reservations to the carrier, no claim can be accepted.


7. Delivery Areas
We primarily ship to:

  • Mainland France and Corsica

  • European Union

  • Third countries allowing wine import

Deliveries to certain overseas territories or non-EU countries may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or local restrictions at the customer’s expense.


8. Delays & Delivery Issues
If a shipment is delayed more than 10 business days beyond the estimated date:

If the package is declared lost or damaged, a replacement or full refund will be offered.
