Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made on the e-commerce website of Domaine MUR•MUR•IUM, operated by SCEA Vignobles Pichon via the Shopify platform, for the sale of wines to private individual customers (consumers) in France and internationally.

3. Legal Capacity and Age Restriction

The purchase of wine is strictly reserved for persons of legal drinking age. By placing an order, the customer certifies that they meet the legal age requirement to consume alcohol (18 years old in France, or in accordance with the legislation in force in their country of residence).

4. Products

The wines offered for sale are subject to availability. Visuals and descriptions are provided for information purposes only. Domaine MUR•MUR•IUM reserves the right to modify the vintages offered depending on availability.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery costs. For deliveries outside the European Union, local taxes or customs duties may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Orders

Any order placed implies full acceptance of these GTCS. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The order becomes final only after confirmation by email.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered on Shopify (credit card, etc.). In the event of non-payment or dispute, SCEA Vignobles Pichon reserves the right to refuse any future orders.

8. Delivery

Delivery areas: Metropolitan France and countries authorizing the importation of alcohol.

Delivery times: Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

Receipt: Goods are shipped at the recipient’s risk. Any reservations must be reported to the carrier upon delivery.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (wine). A return may only be considered if the bottles have not been opened or damaged.

10. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

11. Liability

Domaine MUR•MUR•IUM shall not be held liable in the event of customer error, improper use of the products, or circumstances of force majeure.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website are protected by copyright law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion at any time by contacting the Domaine.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Avignon.
