While some were busy hunting eggs in their gardens this Easter Monday, we had a different kind of rendezvous… live on the radio! 🎧
Off we went to the Ici Vaucluse studios for a special episode of Bienvenue chez vous, where we chatted terroir, cuisine, and — of course — wine.

No stress, just good vibes — Niels and Émile, the brothers behind Domaine Murmurium, swapped their pruning shears for microphones (and headphones!) for a deliciously spirited exchange.
But they weren’t alone in this gourmet episode: Philippe and Céline from Terrae Truffe & Vin joined us to present a totally decadent — and totally irresistible — food & wine pairing.
🍷 On the menu: Grenache Grandiose & braised lamb shank (with chocolate and truffle sauce)
Yes, you read that right.
👉 A melt-in-the-mouth lamb shank, slow-cooked with love, coated in a rich chocolate-truffle sauce.
And to pair with such a bold dish? Our Grenache Grandiose cuvée, matured on the unique terroir of the Ventoux AOP.
