Grape variety: 100% Viognier

Taste notes: An expressive nose, with an aromatic palate of lime, grapefruit and mandarin. The attack is rich and expressive, with notes of white peach, apricot and ripped exotic fruits. It offers an exceptional freshness and an intense minerality.

Wine pairings: Best enjoy for appetizer and with meals... grilled fishes and shellfishes.

IGP Vaucluse - white

Grape variety: 100% Clairette

Taste notes: A greenish pale color, with silver reflections. A powerful nose, with aromas of white flowers, with subtle notes of honey, peach and spices. On the palate, the wine is full- bodied and silky. The harmony is emphasized by aromas of flowers, honey, vanilla and toasted notes.

Wine pairings: It will cope perfectly with grilled fishes, chicken or shellfishes.

Conservation: Good for drinking now and up to 5 years. Best served between 8 and 12°C.

IGP Vaucluse - white

Grape variety: 100% Roussanne

Taste notes: Deep gold color with nice reflections of lime. It offers hints of white flowers, fennel, melon and honey, which follow through on the palate intensified by a vanilla toasted touch. The controlling influence from limestone helps retain freshness and dynamism.

Wine pairings: To enjoy it for itself or to cope with haute-cuisine... we recommend to tasting it with cod cheese, it’s authentic and beautiful!

Taste notes: Pale pink color. The nose is very opened, fruity, with notes of white flowers and shades of pomegranate. The palate is delicate, complex and busting with flavors such as bay fruits, pepper and spices. This wine is balanced, generous with a long and nice finish.

Wine pairings: Best enjoyed for appetizer, or with white meat, fish, salads...

Conservation: Best served between 4 and 8°C. Can be kept for 2 years.

Taste notes: Deep dark velvet color with shining hints. Very intense and explosing nose with aromas of blackberries, blackcurrant, toasted coffee and chocolate. The palate reveals a complex texture, full-bodied with spicies, pepper, liquorice notes. The finish is long, recalling again the silky and fruit-driven tanins.

Grape variety: Syrah / Grenache

Taste notes: A red wine very intense, with purple reflections.
The nose is powerful and complex, with notes of black and cooked cherries, with a touch of rosemary. The palate is well balanced, complex and intense. We find some cherry and even chocolate notes. Soft and silky tanins makes this wine very charming.
